ATI Catalyst Linux 8.11 driver

New features:
- Support for New Linux Operating Systems - RHEL 4.7
- New Display Enhancement - display scaling to resize the display devices that support TV timings (480i/p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p) through either digital (DVI or HDMI) or analog (component) interfaces
- ATI CrossFireX Enhancement - enables users to verify whether an application is running in ATI CrossFireX mode
