The binary ATI drivers are not working with XOrg 7.4, yet.  
installs the driver.
Therefore they are not available on current Foresight releases.
 
''sudo aticonfig --initial --input=/etc/X11/xorg.conf''
 
will modify your xorg.conf

General Status

Installation

sudo conary update ati-fglrx ati-fglrx-kernel

installs the driver.

sudo aticonfig --initial --input=/etc/X11/xorg.conf

will modify your xorg.conf
