I'm running Fedora 17 (3.4.3-1.fc17.i686 #1 SMP) with an ATI Radeon HD 3800 card.
I did as instructed and this happened:

so I changed directory and tried again and this happened:

 Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 7520G
