I guess that is okay. IIRC, aticonfig will automatically backup the existing xorg.conf. I just didn't want anyone to lose an xorg.conf that they worked hard on. --[[User:Dtl131|Dtl131]] 18:29, 15 January 2011 (UTC) | |||

I believe that the section about making a copy of the old xorg file should be removed, as it seems to me it is making a lot of people getting stuck, not reading the instructions enough attentively
