Bugzilla is broken

The Bug reporting link (which you can also see on the left) is currently broken. Instead of running the Bugzilla perl scripts, it downloads them. It would be great if somebody with administrative rights could fix the permissions or whatever is broken. 30-Nov-2010, 18:20 UTC.
