Thanks John for mentioning my use of Google+ as an opiton for a branded page.People have hi-lighted some good arguments against it. I think we are tackling an important question about earned media, who owns content? Can you only own a brand that you develop on your own website? I think about this when I still see professionals on Blogger or WordPress.org blogs. They still find ways to monetize their content and build an audience on a platform they don't own.
